Hi Pretty items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in the original packaging. Personal care and beauty products, sale items and gift cards are final sale. Items from partner brands follow that brand’s return policy. To start a return, email info@taffetadesign.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
